Event Details
The Pickle for Pink fundraising event was created to bring together a community of pickleballers to raise money for breast cancer research, education, and patient care programs at Duke. Breast cancer continues to be the most common cancer affecting women worldwide. This fundraising event will bring together two passionate, dedicated, and like-minded communities to raise money to improve the lives of patients with breast cancer.
We will begin with a singles tournament on Friday morning. The tournament will continue at 8:00 AM on Saturday, October 25th and Sunday, October 26th. We will also host an exhibition match featuring some of the best local players at Duke Faculty Club. This showcase event will offer event participants an up-close view while enjoying beverages from Wicked Weed.
