I recently accepted the challenge of participating in Angels Among Us 5K Run & 3K Family Walk.

The funds raised at this event will support cutting-edge brain tumor research. At Duke, ground-breaking lab research is translated into treatments for patients more quickly than anywhere else. Your gift will give Duke's investigators the resources needed to push their research efforts at a much faster rate. 

My family and I participate in the Angels Among Us 5k Run in memory of my Dad, Kenneth Lester, who passed away in December 2004 from a brain tumor.  We would like to invite you to join our team and participate in the 5k Run and Family Walk on April 23, 2016, or to donate to the cause.
