This is year four for us participating in this Angels Among Us Fun run/ Family walk supporting Clay.  We hope you can join us this year!

Clay's Diagnosis and First Treatments:

Oct: 2017 diagnosed with Ependymoma

November 2017-December2017-- Proton Radiation treatment at UF Proton center in Florida

What has been going on since 2017:

Since this diagnosis and radiation Clay has had several rounds of radtiation to tumors that have returned and could not be operated on.  He has also done a round of oral Chemo and another round of infusion Chemo. Chemo did not work for Clay.   His body is currently fighting hard against the two problem tumors in this spine. He is very strong and brave and faces all of this with a smile. We pray everyday for a miracle to heal our sweet boy.  Please join us or make a donation to the Duke Brain Tumor Center so they can continue researching and studying these tumors in search for a cure. 

We lost Clay to cancer on July 12, 2020.  We know he is healed, but we miss him dearly.
