Heading to the FIFTH Angels Among Us since John passed away from glioblastoma in 2020. It's always bitterwseet.  This year we get to take 3 month old John William McCain.  Which brings us all great joy! As always... we will be taking him with us in our hearts.  He had so much pride in participating back in 2019 as a survivor...he wanted to help the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke to be able to continue their research and help to patients. John was the bravest person I know...he went on this journey with dignity and hope and Duke NEVER took either one of those away from him! I try to continue his hopes and dreams....so Team McCain continues to participate every year.  It is the most important source of unrestricted funds for brain tumor research at the center. Funds raised are quickly delivered where they are needed most in the fight against brain cancer. Your gift will be used for brain tumor research and education, and may be endowed to provide ongoing support to patients.
