Angels Among Us has a very special place in the heart of our family.  February 2022, Steve Cordell, most importantly known as, Pa, dad, son, brother, friend, and child of God was diagnosed with a glioblastoma.  He fought a tough battle, but he did not fight this battle alone.  He fought this battle with God, his family and friends by his side.  He kept his faith and was determined to give God all the glory and honor.  

Romans 8:38-39 says "for I am sure that neither death nor life, not angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. 

Although, Steve lost his battle against glioblastoma, GOD ALWAYS WINS.  Nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.  Steve is among the angels and worshipping God in a beautiful place without sickness or sadness.  Steve is in heaven with Christ Jesus our Lord and while we miss him so much, he would want each of us to continue to share the good news of the gospel.

I am so thankful for each of you who are donating and participating in this event to raise money and support brain tumor research.  I pray for the families who are battling this tough disease now and for those families who may fight this battle in the future.  I pray that we are able to help find a cure, but most importantly, I pray that those fighting this disease would put their faith and trust in Jesus.
