Since my brain tumor diagnosis on November 1, 2019, I've held onto a single goal: to keep moving forward.

I found strength in a quote from Martin Luther King Jr.: "If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward." This became my compass.

On this journey, I've learned to appreciate the small victories. There will be days you feel you can't do anything, but even on those days, your spirit is fighting harder. You can look back at where you started and see how much you've already overcome. Your inner strength grows even when you feel you've been pushed back.
