For the past 20 years, Sherry's Angels have gathered every April to walk and run in memory of Sherry Stoop Brinton (1945-2006), our beloved mother, grandmother, wife, sister, aunt and friend. April 2025 marks 21 years since Sherry's diagnosis with a GBM, the deadliest of brain tumors. Sherry's husband, Ron, a devoted supporter of Angels Among us, passed away in 2022. We continue to support this important cause to honor both of them. 

A small group of us will gather at Duke for this year's event on Saturday, April 26th. We encourage all of Sherry's Angels to walk or run on this date, wherever you are, in remembrance of Sherry & Ron. And as always, donations to Angels Among Us to support brain tumor research at Duke are greatly appreciated.
