In 2021, I was unexpectedly diagnosed with Diffuse Astrocytoma, which is a slow-growing brain tumor that arises from the support cells of the nervous system. This tumor is the second most common glioma, and most cases occur in adults. Those who know me know I have always been a man who has cared for my health and physique. Still, unfortunately, situations like this are outside our control. Today, thanks to the treatments I received at the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke Hospital, I am in excellent health, and everything is under control.
