Since November 1, 2019 and being diagnosed with a brain tumor, I have had a goal of continuing to move forward.  In the words of Martin Luther King Jr., "If you can't fly then run, If you can't run then walk, If you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward".  What I followed was Keep Moving Forward.  Do not give up, just keep going.  There will be days you can't get out of bed, there will be days you can barely stand, there will be days you can barely walk, and there will be days you can barely run.  But on those days that you can barely do something, remember what you could barely do yesterday and see how far you have come.  And if you have not moved or if you have gone backwards, inside has started to get stronger to fight harder for tomorrow.
