Help us by joining Connie's Crew and walking with us to remember the wonderful person Connie was and helping find a cure for Brain Cancer! The walk will take place on Saturday, April 27th at 11am at Duke University.

We lost Connie less than a year ago to Glioblastoma Brain Cancer, please take a moment and learn more about our beloved Connie below. 

Connie Malloy (Armstrong) passed June 27, 2023 in North Carolina while receiving care following cancer treatment. Connie was born February 23, 1968 in Johnson City, NY.

Connie is survived by her husband Jim, son Sam and daughter Rachel and by her parents Bill and Valerie Armstrong, brother Andy (Janice), twin sister Carrie Malone (Mike), and sister Ashley Kashian (Matt). Connie loved her children dearly and celebrated their character and accomplishments. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in law, cousins and relatives that she loved dearly. Family get togethers and time with her many close friends meant the world to Connie.

Connie graduated from Johnson City High School and Broome Community College. She worked in the financial field and was highly acclaimed for her service with Edward Jones Investments in Endwell NY.

Connie was an athlete. She loved working out, and walking her beloved dog. She was a runner with a handful of marathons, half marathons, and many other road races completed. She loved the beach and spending time with friends and family at both Topsail Island and Oak Island. Her guilty pleasure was "I Love Lucy" reruns.

If you knew Connie, you loved Connie.  

If you are unable to attend the walk but would like to celebrate Connie, a luncheon will be held in her honor after the walk at the Malone residence.
