Courtney's Crew: In honor of Courtney L. Gordon

October 5, 1980- June 30, 2013

Courtney was a selfless fighter, battling a brain tumor until her final days without losing her endearing smile or sense of humor. Rather than focusing attention on her treatment and recovery, Courtney insisted on spending all of her time nurturing her daughter, Olivia. This mothering instinct inspired her love for teaching and shaped the lives of hundreds of students in the classroom. While always too modest to admit it, Courtney undeniably put the “mom” in “mommy” and the “teach” in “teacher.” In her honor, we ask that you share a laugh, a story, and a good glass of wine with your loved ones because life is good.
