Dear Family and Friends,

By now most of you know my story, but this coming May will be the 3-year anniversary of my rectal cancer diagnosis. Almost 3 years later, and thanks be to God, I'm cancer free. The oncology, radiology and surgical teams at Duke were none less than amazing in the care they provided!

The 6th annual Colorectal 5K Crush, on March 21st, is a great way to raise awareness and fund research efforts in the fight against colorectal cancer. All donations from the event will go towards funding colorectal cancer research.  It's easy to donate online by visiting my personal page located below.
