We've decided to start a fundraiser in support of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Duke University Hospital, in memory of our daughter, Poppy Taylor Jones.  

We are so grateful to the doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, social worker, child life specialist and many others for the care they gave Poppy and also to our family.  Poppy was a special little girl who touched the lives of many.  She had strong opinions she conveyed through her brows.  Her strength and resilience is something I will remember my entire life.  She has forever changed our lives and hearts and we hope this is just one way to keep her memory alive. 

Saying goodbye was by far the hardest thing we have ever had to do, but we are so thankful for the time we had with her.
