Heartfelt Care Packages for Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) Patients & Families

Every day, children & families battling heart conditions face hospital stays, surgeries, and countless medical procedures.  These little warriors show incredible strength, but the journey can be overwhelming. Through Heartfelt Care Packages, we hope to provide comfort, encouragement, and essential items to help ease their journey.  With your generous support, we can give these brave children and their families a sense of warmth, security, and love during their toughest moments. 

We will thoughtfully assemble care packages that include items such as:​

*Soft blankets, socks, & stuffed animals

*Essential toiletries & self-care items

*Age appropriate books, toys, & fidgets
