The PTCT Family Support Program was an incredible lifeline for us during Sloane?s transplant journey. Their support was invaluable - providing us with meals, activities, toys for Sloane, and most importantly, endless compassion and kindness. They anticipated our needs before we even knew what to ask for and made an incredibly challenging time a little bit easier. The PTCT program and its team of angels were with us every step of the way and we are forever grateful for them.
