Dr Idriss is going Over the Edge again for the Brenda E Armstrong MD Memorial Lectureship

October 2021
I am Going Over The Edge again!
It is my absolute honor to Go Over the Edge to establish the Brenda E. Armstrong MD Memorial Lectureship at the Duke Pediatric and Congenital Heart Center.
Dr. Armstrong was a mentor, teacher, colleague, and friend who was a pioneer in so many areas that I cannot do justice in writing more about her here because there simply isn’t enough room.
These two links will take you to articles where you can read about the person who inspired and cared for so many:

In honor of Dr Armstrong’s legacy and her dedication, commitment, and passion for women’s equality, racial diversity, inclusion of all, we will establish the Brenda E. Armstrong MD Memorial Lectureship to bring leaders in these areas to Duke to speak at our Pediatric and Congenital Heart Center Grand Rounds.
Please donate to establish this very important regular lectureship by copying and pasting the link below to your browser to take you to the Duke donation site for Pediatric Cardiology.
