Instructor Erin Donovan, E-RYT-500, along with SPENGA Cary/Apex, are partnering to offer a series of free yoga classes, in support of DukeCancer Patient Support Program's 19th annual Pink Ribbon Retreat. All donations will help cover the cost of registration for breast cancer survivors facing financial barriers that would prevent them from attending the retreat.
Classes will be taught by Erin Donovan, who has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1999. These will be Hatha-Vinyasa based classes, suitable for all levels, that works toward improved alignment, posture, and joint stability through static, flowing, and repetitive Yoga poses.
Erin is not a stranger to the Pink Ribbon Yoga Retreat and shared why this event is meaningful to her-
SPENGA Cary/Apex owner, Martyna Crossman and her husband opened their business in 2019 to provide the local community with access to a mind and body workout.
Martyna will be offering 4 free Telehealth Coaching sessions per person to patients and their loved ones to those that are interested. If you would like to sign up for a telehealth coaching session, please email Martyna at thinlinelifecoaching@gmail.com.
