Tribute cards are a perfect way to honor or remember your loved ones.
Select the number of tribute cards you would like to purchase and we will mail them to you. This allows you the opportunity to enter your own personal message before sending on to your recipient(s). All proceeds benefit the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program and will help us to continue our mission of providing support services to patients and their families at no cost.
We are no longer selling tribute cards for this year but please visit us again next year.
