Our event would not be possible without volunteers. We have a variety of opportunities for you to help before the race and the day of the race! Volunteers receive a race t-shirt and a voucher for coffee/snack

Once you register, a volunteer coordinator will contact you with more details.
- Help us kick off the day by setting up tents, tables, signage, and water stations.
- Check in other volunteers, give them their assignments, and hand out volunteer shirts.
- Cheer the runners on as they cross the finish line, and help distribute the 5K awards.
- Hand out cool swag
- Ensure kids dash runs smoothly and hand out metals to runners.
- Keep our 5K participants hydrated! Provide water to our runners before and after the race and offer drinks to all attendees.
- Egage kids in provided activities and oversee kids tent area.
