Honoring Holly Marita Yanker

Holly Marita Yanker, sister of MaryAnne Y. Zabrycki (retired 2021 from Duke with 31 years of service and a number of those years were spent supporting DCI), passed on November 20, 2022.

Both of Holly and Mary Anne’s parents have been treated at Duke for cancer. Their father, Robert H. Yanker, Sr., has a commemorative brick in the Seese-Thornton Garden of Tranquility. It feels fitting to add a brick for Holly, so survivors can have a place to reflect on Holly’s life and smile.
