Our event would not be possible without our volunteers. We have a variety of opportunities for you to help before the race and the day of the race! Volunteers will receive a race t-shirt.
Volunteer roles:
Set Up
Help us kick off the day by setting up tents, tables, signage, and water stations.
Volunteer Check-in
Check in other volunteers, give them their assignments, and hand out volunteer shirts.
Signage/ Banners
Place directional signs around the course and assist with hanging banners on the event tents.
Snacks for finishline
Assist in handing out water and snacks to those who have just finished face.
Check-in & Registration
Set up the 5K registration and check-in area, collect new participant registration fees, cheer the runners on as they cross the finish line, and help distribute the 5K awards.
Kids Dash
Ensure kids dash runs smoothly and assistant in giving out metals to runners.
Water Stations
Keep our 5K participants hydrated! Provide water to our runners before and after the race and then serve drinks to all attendees.
Kids tent/ entertainment
Provide activities and oversee kids tent area.
